Location: Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Duration: Contract or Visa can be provided for full time roles

The Digital Project Manager will plan, manage and implement digital marketing projects. Project may include website projects, App launches, digital transformation projects or customer experience projects


Project Manager Experience

  • Ability to provide end-to-end project management

  • Project may include design, content creation, IT teams and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Project manager should be highly organised and able to systematically execute daily tasks.

  • They should also have the ability to manage others and encourage them to hit the project deadlines.

  • They should have the ability to produce succinct and effective project plans

  • The role will require a strong ability to work with various teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • It will also include:

  • Ability to monitor digital marketing ROI and KPIs.

  • Ability to manage people to complete tasks on the project’s behalf.

  • General understanding of IT and digital processes.

  • They should be able to engage, inspire and excite the team, to want to be part of the project.

  • Ability to do daily action lists and to do lists and prioritise accordingly.

  • Be able to create project plans on Excel or online systems.

  • Ability to engage in scrum methodology techniques – where daily WIP meetings are held and scrum techniques to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and implemented

  • Ability to support Senior Managers in delivering Digital projects such as mobile app,  transformation program or new website.

  • Alway deliver successfully and on time and hit project’s deadline.

  • Effectively manage and deliver projects within budget.

  • Understand the latest technology and Digital and Social Media trends.

Marketing Experience

  • Marketing skills:  Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing philosophies and methodologies

  • Share examples of when you have managed corporate digital projects for example website launch, mobile app development, online product launch, transformation programme, content programme, new digital system or reporting programme.

  • You may have experience of managing a  monthly content plan to encourage database sign-ups

  • You may delivered newsletters

  • Ideally you will have knowledge of how to use or implement CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Hubspot

  • Examples of when you have managed digital partners

  • It would be advantageous to have an understanding of SEO strategy and how to optimize website ranking. Perhaps you have worked with an SEO agency

  • You must have supported Senior Managers in monitoring, updating and reporting on online performance

  • Ability to support the digital & marketing teams in ad-hoc requests or tasks whenever needed.

Relationship Management

  • Engage with creative and direct marketing agencies for the briefing, ideation and delivery of digital media assets.

  • Ability to work with various teams and be able to manage different personalities to deliver project goals and deadlines.

  • Strong relationship management skills with Internal and External stakeholders, ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected.



  • Delivery of project on time and on budget

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on project status

  • Ability to highlight hurdles which must be overcome

  • Determination to overcome issues to hit deadlines

  • Clear planning and organisational skills so that high pressure projects run smoothly\

  • Excellent communication skills to keep teams up to date

  • Ability to inspire others to deliver tasks for project

Experience of running Digital Projects - please explain specific projects you have run

A qualification in marketing, business, management or project management

  • Understanding and experience with Project management systems such as Prince2, Agile and Waterfall management techniques.

  • Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and knowledge of search Engine Optimization (SEO) is an advantage but not critical

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing and monitoring digital projects and if appropriate,  campaigns.

  • Weekly reporting on performance.

  • Ability to interpret reports from online platforms such as Google, Facebook and Adobe.

  • Excellent English – spoken and written
