//Marketing Sales Executive & Client Manager

Reports to: Sales Training Manager & Project Lead
We’re seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Managers and Client Managers to join our team. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about marketing, AI, or training industries. You’ll engage with potential clients to understand their career goals, guide them on suitable marketing, AI, or upskilling programs, and match them with our tailored training solutions. The position blends client relationship management, sales, and a solid grasp of digital tools—all centered around helping clients advance in the digital economy.

Digital Qube
We are a Digital Marketing Consultancy offering clear, creative solutions for our clients’ marketing and digital transformation needs. Whether they seek to enhance a single component of their business—such as an improved website or marketing strategy—or upgrade all aspects of their digital and marketing capabilities, Digital Qube can help. One of our fastest-growing areas is the use of online channels to attract and sell tickets and training programs, ranging from AI bootcamps and marketing masterclasses to long-term accredited training courses.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Connect with clients via phone and email, learn about their career aspirations, and offer relevant training in marketing, AI, or professional development.

Sales & Follow-up: Respond to inquiries, build rapport, and follow up on leads using WhatsApp, email, and CRM.

Needs Assessment: Understand each client’s current skill level and goals to recommend the most suitable AI, marketing, or training program.

Corporate Sales: Reach out to corporate clients and HR managers, presenting tailored team training or consulting solutions for internal marketing or digital skills development.

Proposal Writing: Draft compelling proposals to pitch AI training, marketing consultancy, or team development packages to individuals and organizations.

Relationship Building: Cultivate client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Pipeline Management: Track leads, provide timely updates, and ensure sales targets are met.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with our marketing team to stay informed on current and upcoming courses and campaign activity.

While you will be responsible for the end-to-end training sales funnel, you will be able to call on expert colleagues when required e.g. designers, ad specialists, project managers etc

This is an exciting role that will teach you how to boost training and course sales through digital channels. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how to drive demand and engagement for AI, marketing, and professional development programs—an increasingly valuable skill set for any future career.

Ability to interpret reports from Google, Facebook and Adobe analytics.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Drive Suite.
