This position involves overseeing and implementing social media campaigns and presence for events, boosting brand visibility, nurturing customer interaction, and increasing sales via impactful social media tactics.

Operational

Digital Experience

  • Lead relevant events' social media campaigns, guaranteeing alignment with commercial objectives and brand identity.

  • Craft compelling and tailored content for each social media platform to boost audience involvement and brand visibility.

  • Develop a comprehensive social media calendar, strategizing content themes, posting schedules, and audience segmentation.

Industry Knowledge

  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all social media endeavors.

Relationship Management

  • Supervise daily social media interactions to uphold brand reputation and engage with audiences effectively.

Digital Reporting

  • Analyse social media performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates in-depth.

  • Consistently evaluate social media campaign effectiveness through analytics tools, extracting valuable insights for strategy enhancement.

  • Experience spanning over 2 years in social media roles, specializing in events and entertainment sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in utilising various social media platforms and management tools.

  • Exceptional skills in communication and content creation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple social media profiles simultaneously.

  • Strong collaborative skills, adept at effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and comprehension of key performance metrics.

  • Portfolio of campaigns run in the past linking outputs to KPIs.

  • Ability to create and implement a content calendar end-to-end to boost and drive followers.

  • Stay abreast of the latest best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

  • Proven track record of gaining high volumes of followers for clients and events.

  • Basic understanding of broader digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO and email marketing.

  • Highly energetic with a can do/ proactive attitude.

  • Strong project management and delivery skills.
