As we have to book trainers in advance and need a certain number of people to join the courses then we request that people do not cancel once a session is paid and confirmed
However we understand that sometimes people encounter unforeseeable situations which means they cannot attend. In this case we we are happy to allow you to transfer your enrollment to a future course, or session or another program that suits your needs. If you are not able to attend a session - you can request that we provide an alternative session for you.
